Word has it that his remains were discovered underneath a car park in Leicester, England in early September 2012. Scientists were fortunate enough to be able to access DNA of one of the last descendants of Richard III and were, by all accounts, rather lucky to do so, as the line was soon to die out. Perhaps a few years from now, this confirmation would not have been possible.
